How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please note you will not get tracking information until your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow for additional processing time currently due to COVID-19.
 
What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?
We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact us immediately at shipping@ruggedcharms.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
